As a Administrator, I can define output formats on template definition

Currently, output formats, default output format, and default page break are defined on the Global settings page. In order to turn Xporter more customizable regarding these configurations, we need to move this to the template configuration level.

Still, regarding templates, templates must have a configuration regarding attachments on the template level.

ACs:

• On edit and create templates, the user will be able to define the output formats, default output format, include attach and default break pages;
  • When the template type changes, the output formats and the default should be redefined; When the default output format is available on the new output format, it should keep it;
  • The break pages is only available for docx and odt (word) based documents;
  • Include attach is only available for docx, pdf and pdf/a;
