Improve the way the messages regarding Templates installed from the store are displayed

Currently, after a template is installed from the template store, and its base document is edited and then uploaded with a different filename, when trying to reinstall the basedocument a warning message is displayed informing a template with the same name already exists.
That should be replaced with an error message instead
