Roles and Issue Types from Next-Gen projects must be identified with the Project Key on permission schemes

Next-Gen projects have different Roles and Issue types from the classic projects.

This brings some confusing when configuring a permission scheme because there are some repeated roles and issue types (p.e. two Story issue types).
