Heading in field description doesn't work properly in Word

When you use Heading in a description in an issue in Jira and export a template that export ${wiki:Description}, Word put numbering in the text because the Word has pre-defined heading too. The same happens with test steps 

It should not be numbered because although the Jira has heading 1, it is not the main title, but a text from one of the points
