When you have a sort on the template, not all tests from the test sets are being exported

Test to reproduce

1. Install this template in your instance sort.xlsx
2. Go to search issues and add a JQL that returns only test sets.
   1. The first test set with 0 tests
   2. The second test set with 13 tests
   3. The third test set with 9 tests
   4. The fourth test set with 31 tests
3. Now export the template install in step 1.
4. Error: In the template appears 0, 13, 9, 9 tests 

Correct behaviour: 0, 13, 9, 31
