If we use numbering within a line of a table in a template when exporting several issues, the numbering is continuous in each line.

Tests to reproduce an example:

1. Use the following template: Test Approval Report_3 (1).docx
2. Export that template in bulk export.
3. Actual Result: In the first row, it appears for example 1. 2. 3., in the second row the numbering continues in 3. 4. See image below

Expect Result: In the second, third, fourth line the numbering should always start at 1.
