Project icons are misaligned and the scroll is not working correctly

Project icons are misaligned and the scroll is not working correctly

1. Project icons are misaligned in input and in the dropdown list
2. If you delete or add a project the dropdown list always refresh and it shouldn't
3. If you are at the bottom of the dropdown list and add a new project the list refresh but after you can't scroll for more projects
