In the "Show more" dialog box a scroll appears and we have nothing to scroll

Short Description: When you have a long description and you need to click in Show More, inside the dialog appears a scroll and we have nothing to scroll. See the image below.

Test steps to reproduce:

1. Go to page Templates and see the templates already created with short description
2. Click in button Show More

Actual Result: in dialog appears a scroll

Expected Result: the dialog box should open without scrolling because the description appears all
