Images in Xray Test Steps are not being Exported

Description

When we try to export a wiki test step (Test or Test Run), any image in the step is not being exported.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test issue
2. Add a Test Step
3. Insert an Action with an image
4. Create a template to export this action. Example: ${wiki:TestSteps[m].Action}
5. Use this template and Export the test.

Actual result

The image is not being exported.

Expected result

Using wiki with the mapping, the image must be printed in the file.
