When a user is creating or editing a File Server, the description field has no character limit

Short Description: File Server description has no character limit. To prevent this we should add a limit of 500 characters in add and edit modal. We should also find the best way to presenting the description in the list of File Servers.

To Do: Limit Add and edit description field to 500 characters. Fix the show description in the File Servers list.
