Analyse a possible way to implement scheduled reports

The base idea is to have something similar to the server but in this case, all infrastructure will be managed by us. 

For a free plan, we have to provide a limit for execution per month plan which should be managed by us.

Important points to be concerned about:

• Scaling, we could have multiple scheduled reports being fired at the same time
• How to limit the executions and how to tell the customer that the limit was reached? See automation for Jira because they have this limit for the free plan.
• Timezone management once we run the service in one specific time zone and customers have different time zones as well. We have to guarantee that the scheduled reports will be executed at the expected time.
