When you install the app for the first time, the page audit logs don't show all the elements

Short description: When you install the app for the first time, the page audit logs don't show the filters and the legends at the bottom of the page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to an instance that you never installed the xporter
2. And install the xporter - tests
3. Open page Audit logs

Actual result: The filters don't appear on the page

Expected result: All elements should appear on the page like when the search doesn't return anything. See the image below to see the elements are missing
