As a user, I should be able to iterate over preconditions of test run iterations

As a user, I should be able to iterate over preconditions of test run iterations.

Each test run iteration could have preconditions that we should iterate.

For each precondition we retrieve the mappings defined for preconditions, we just need to ensure that we could iterate over them here.
