Short description: Parameters that don't belong to the dataset are not being exported in test steps - XLSX

CASE 1 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a test
2. Create a dataset in the test
3. Create a step and in fields Action, Data, and Expected result add the parameter created in the data set
4. Install the template Offline Test Report from the Template store
5. Go to the test created and export the template installed in step 4

Actual Result: The fields Action, Data, and Expected result comes empty

Expected Result: It should export exactly as you see in the Jira issue.

CASE 2

Steps to reproduce:**

1. Install this template Xray Test Runs Detailed.xlsx
2. **Create a test
3. Create a test step and in fields Action, Data, and Expected result add this ${Browser} (this parameter cannot belong to the dataset)
4. Create a test run and execute the test run
5. Go to the test and export the template installed in step 1

Actual Result: The fields Action, Data, and Expected result comes empty

Expected Result: It should export exactly as you see in the Jira issue.
