The Xporter button has disappeared from the Releases page.

How to reproduce

1. Open the Releases page of a Project
2. Open a specific version to see the issues
3. Try to export the issues

Actual result/Attachments

The Xporter button is missing.

Expected result

The Xporter button should be present.
