Description

The exported file does not contain all the issues when using a JQL with multiple projects, and the resulting issues are more than 1000.

Pre-conditions
Create two projects with more than 1000 issues each.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the search for issues page and use the JQL: project in (A, B)
2. Export using Issue List Excel

Actual result/Attachments

All issues are not present. The order of the JQL will influence the results, either.

Expected result

All issues should be exported.
