Permission Schemes are ignoring Project Roles

Have user:

• with only one group: "jira-software-users"

On Project settings -> Users and Roles:

• Add user to "Developers" Role

On Xporter Permission Scheme for that project:

• Roles allowed to use Xporter for JIRA: "Developers"

Logging in with that user, he won't be able to export.

When clicking on Xporter for JIRA button on issue page, we get the bulk permission error page as can be seen in error.PNG

Note: leave "Groups allowed to use Xporter for JIRA" blank, or without "jira-software-users"

This configuration works on Server.
