When "Enhance my board and backlog" is checked the button disappears

Description
When we check the "Enhance my board and backlog" in the board menu, it changes the layout and the Xporter button disappears

Pre-conditions
Have Xporter active for agile boards

How to reproduce

1. Open a board
2. Click the Boards 3 dot menu
3. Enable "Enhance my board and backlog"

Actual result/Attachments
The Xporter button is gone

Expected result
The Xporter button remains on the menu
