Description
A user with only project admin privileges cannot install templates from the store in projects
Steps to reproduce:
- Add a new user
- Give Project admin privileges
- Login with the user created before
- Go to the templates page under project settings
- Click on the Store button
- Install a template
Actual result:
the request does not finish, if we refresh the page the template appears installed, but then we cannot use it
Expected result:
The template should be installed
