Wiki in TestSteps details doesn't respect template formatting

How to reproduce

1. Create a test with a test step
2. Add a test step action with 'normal text' formatting
3. Create a template to export that Action with formatting (e.g. tested with Font and Line Spacing wiki.docx )
4. Export said template
