SFTP file server connection failing to establish

Description: When we try to establish an SFTP connection on the file server, it fails and does not go through. 

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Add your server credentials on Xporter Cloud file server. 
2. It spins for 40-50 seconds and fails the connection with an error pop-up like the below:
   

Actual result/Attachments: The SFTP file server connection is Failing. 

Expected result: SFTP connection should be established.
