When editing Xporter Permission schemes is not possible to scroll down the page to correcly choose the Templates, after issue types selected.

Unable to scroll down in Issue Types to choose the Templates at Edit Permission Scheme

How to reproduce

1. Go to Project Settings
2. Choose Xporter
3. Select in the right end sidebar the option Permission Scheme (has a padlock icon)
4. Create a Permission
5. Select the Issue Types and if choosing more than 4 Issue Types the situation is reproducible
