Sometimes the creation of a Scheduled Report fails and the execution doesn't show up in Audit Logs

Sometimes the creation of a Scheduled Report fails and the execution of the report doesn't show up in Audit Logs. The same report might work one day and fail the next - but it's not due to the filter/jql result being empty because it exports with zero results in some of the instances
