Xporter Workflow Post Function doesn´t attach file when generated to a Status with non-editable or non-attach property

Description
When using an Xporter Workflow Post Function in a transition to a Status with a non-editable or non-attach property, the file will not be attached to the Issue since the non-editable property doesn´t allow to attach files to the Issues.

Pre-conditions
Example: Give a Status the non-editable or non-attach property.

Non-attach

How to reproduce

1. Create an Xporter Workflow Post Function to attach file with a transition of a Status to the Status with a non-editable or non-attach property
   
2. Go to the Issues and trigger the Post Function by changing that Status

Actual result/Attachments
The Post Function is triggered as it shows on the Audit log but it doesn´t attach the file to the Issue due to the non-editable/non-attach property.

Expected result
It should be possible to attach the file when the transition is made to a Status with non-editable/non-attach property.

Workaround
For the moment the only workaround is to remove the property.
