fullname and emailaddress are not working as epxected

After username update fullname and emailaddress don't work anymore.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a user account
2. Create a user and assign the issue to the new user
3. Export issue using a template with fullname and emmailaddress
4. Chnge the username
5. Export the issue again
