Improve Export Status Tracking in Audit Logs

The FINISHED status currently indicates that the export process has created the document. However, in the case of post functions, this status is updated based on the outcome of the actions and the file upload. Depending on the size of the generated file, the update may take a little longer to appear in the Jira issue.

So, the "finished" status refers to the export process, meaning the document has been created. It would be clearer if the status in the audit logs progressed through distinct stages, such as:

PENDING -> PROCESSING -> FINISHED / ERROR / PARTIAL SUCCESS

Currently, there is only one entry in the audit logs. It’s important to note that the audit logs are not step-by-step logs but only a record of the current state of the export. Adding intermediate states would provide better visibility into the export process to the users.
