Exports erroring out at the 5% mark

Description
Exports are breaking at the 5% mark after recent deploy of new version

How to reproduce

1. Upload a template that doesn't have comment mappings - for instance one that only exports ${Description}

1. Try to export

Actual result/Attachments
The export will error out at the 5% progress mark

Expected result
It should complete the export and resolve the description.
