“Add today's date to the file name” option is not appending the date to the exported file for non-admin users

The “Add today's date to the file name” option in Xporter is not being applied for non-admin users. Although the option is enabled, the generated file name does not include the current date. The issue was reproduced and confirmed to work correctly for admin users but not for non-admin users. This behavior occurs regardless of whether a custom file name is given for the template.
