Test Step Attachments Link is not working properly

How to reproduce

1. Create a test with Test Step Attachements
2. Create a template to export these attachments link

   #{for teststeps}
   #{for l=TestSteps[n].AttachmentsCount}
   FileURL: ${TestSteps[n].Attachments[l].FileURL}
   #{end}
   #{end}
   

3. Export this template

Actual result/Attachments
A link is exported but doesn't open the attachment

Expected result
Attachment file url should export a link to the attachment
