Description

Xporter Multi Action Postfunctions reports fails show the attached report on Jira issue. 

The problem is not consistent and it happens intermittently.

The intermittent PDF attachment failure is caused by an async race condition in post-function cleanup flow.

How to reproduce

1. Configure xporter Multi-Action workflow to attach the template exported as a PDF to the issue itself such that it can be trigger the workflow with an Automation.
2. Trigger the Automation and observe the attached file.

Actual result/Attachments

Sometimes the PDF is added to the ticket, but many times it fails with the error as shown in the screenshot

Expected result

PDF attached to the ticket should load everytime as expected.
