Xporter fails to export step-level Defects and Evidences because the DefectsCount and EvidencesCount mappings remain 0 at the Test Run Step level

Description
The EvidencesCount and DefectsCount mappings fail at the Test Run Step level, causing Xporter to be unable to export step-level Defects and Evidences. However, global Defects and Evidences are exported correctly.
Pre-conditions
A Test Run containing:

• Global-level Defects and Evidences
• Step-level Defects and Evidences

How to reproduce

• Install the provided template in both Xporter and Xray Document Generator - Test For Defects and Evidence.docx
• Export the Test Execution using:
  • Xray Document Generator
  • Xporter
• Review the generated documents.
  

Actual result/Attachments

• Global Execution Defects and Global Evidences are exported successfully in both Xporter and Document Generator.
• Step-level Defects and Step-level Evidences are not exported by Xporter.
• In Xporter, the values of EvidencesCount and DefectsCount remain 0 for Test Run Steps, even when Defects and Evidences are associated with those steps.
• In contrast, Document Generator exports all Step Run details correctly, including Defects and Evidences.

Expected result

Xporter should correctly export Step Run Defects and Step Run Evidences, matching the behavior of Xray Document Generator
