Date Picker fields are not being exported as expected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Date picker field
2. Create/edit one issue and add the value 06/Nov/2017
3. Export the value using the placeholder

   ${dateformat("dd-MM-yyyy"):MyDate}

The result is: 05-11-2017
