Wiki images with width are not being rendered

In the description, when we put an image, this appear: 

!image.png|thumbnail!

If we change this to:

!image.png|width=500!

The image in description correctly responds to the indicated width, but the exportation doesn't render the image in this case.

This only happen in Cloud version.

Only "thumbnail" is working
