Description
The integration should add an action to the ticket detail view. Then it should open a dialog to let user select template and output format.
Templates: Only templates with the Jira Service Desk scope must be available.
Permission Schemes: If Xporter is not enabled for all projects/user, Xporter must follow the settings defined on the permission schemes
