As a User I should be able to export data from Kanban/Scrum boards

We should export the list of issues present in a Scrum/Kanban board (all of them and filtered by columns).

We should have a button in the top of the view, open a dialog and ask the user for filters.

Templates: Only templates with the Multiple Issue/Bulk scope must be available.

Permission Schemes: If Xporter is not enabled for all projects/user, Xporter must follow the settings defined on the permission schemes.
