Change template scopes

The user should be allowed to navigate to the template screen, and change the scope of each installed template.

Post function
If there is a post function associated with a template that has no scope available, the PF should be executed anyway. However, if we edit it, we should show a warning saying that the user no longer can use that template and should select another one.
