Xporter attempts to download an export that is not finished

The Xporter Engine can set the progress value over 100%.

On the Xporter Cloud, we consider that the exportation is finished when the processProgress service retrieves the value at 100%. When it reaches 100, we delete the process and the engine cancel the exportation that wasn't finished.

We should able the user to download the template when the status is finished.
