Date fields shouldn't depend on timezones

Date fields shouldn't depend on timezones.

If the date is 03/10/2019  when we use dateformat to retrieve this date, we try to retrieve the user timezone to convert this date to the user timezone date.

This should't be done and we should retrieve the field given by Jira.
