Description: If an instance has a URL with a context path/Base URL, Gadgets output issues open to incorrect URL

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Add a base URL to the Jira instance under Jira admin >> System >> Gen Config
2. Generate an output on any Gadgets
3. No correct output in Gadgets

Actual result/Attachments: Gadgets gives a 404 error.

Expected result: Gadgets should produce the correct output.
