As a user, I want to zoom in and out on image attachments in the Test Run page

Currently, when viewing images added as attachments in the Test Execution page, it is not possible to zoom in and out on them. There is no zoom buttons in the UI (see example below), and increasing/decreasing page zoom with keyboard shortcuts does not affect the image view.

This is especially problematic when the image has a high vertical aspect ratio, as it is compressed to fit vertically on the screen, and the image becomes so small that it is impossible to read/view.

As a user, I'd like to be able to zoom in and out on the images added as attachments in the Test Run screen.
