Filtering Components with German characters are not supported, while filtering for Tests in Test Executions and Test Plans

Description:

In Test Execution or a Requirement issue, if we filter Tests based on German characters in Components, the filter returns an error message.

Pre-conditions:

Tests with Components in the German characters(Eg:Einschränkungseditor ) that were added to the Test Execution or Test Plan.

1. Create a Test with Component having characters in the German language(Eg:Einschränkungseditor)
2. Add this Test to Test Execution or Test Plan.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Test Plan or Test Execution
2. Filter the Tests with the Component having German characters(say ä)

Actual result/Attachments:

An error appears stating: 

Your saved filter preferences had been reset since they are no longer valid.
Cause: The value 'Anschlussregelhrä' does not exist for the field 'component'.

Expected result:

The filter should work and the Tests with the Components are filtered.
