      Description: The rewind/forward option is not working for Mp4 files from the Test Execution Page under Evidence 

      Pre-conditions: NA

      How to reproduce

      1. Go to a test execution, that has a .mp4 file added as Execution Evidence
      2. Open the evidence
      3. The video will open in a browser in a new tab
      4. Play the video
      5. try forward or rewind by dragging the play arrow

      Actual result/Attachments: 
      The forward or rewind does not work even if the user drags the arrow.

      Expected result:
      {}The video should forward or rewind and play from the user's desired selection.
