Description:

When filtering by Fix Versions in Built-in Reports, archived versions are presented in the dropdown

How to reproduce

1. Add a release version.
2. Create a few issues like requirements, Tests, and Test execution and assign that release version to those issues.
3. Go to Releases and archive that version.
4. Go to Xray reports and generate any report for that version like Test Executions Report, Traceability Report, etc
5. Under the report, filter by the archived fix version. 
6. The Report displays values for archived Releases Versions.

Actual result/Attachments:

The dropdown is showing the archived version and therefore a report can be generated to it.

Expected result:

Archived Fix Versions values should not be presented.
