How to reproduce

1. Create a Test with single step. 
2. Create the Execution for the Test. 
3. Add the evidence at the step level. 
4. Create a defect. 

Actual result/Attachments

Evidence not populated to bug but Test step details populated, 

Expected result

Evidence should be populated on bug along with the Test step details.
