Description: When, in a Test, creating a Step that has a lot of text in Visual mode, the scroll bar does not appear

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Test Case
2. Add Test Steps to it.
3. Add Text in any of the sections of the Test Step in Visual mode.
4. The scroll bar does not appear and the Test step expands behind any Test Step added below it. 

Actual result/Attachments: The scroll bar is not appearing

Expected result: The scroll bar should appear.
