As a user, I can select the fields to be populated when I create a defect from Test Run page

As a user, I can select the fields to be populated when I create a defect from the Test Run page.

Currently, it is restricted to values like Environment, Label, Version, Component etc

The choice should be expanded to other fields. 

Update:
This should also include an option to disable or turn off the population of these fields.
