Parallel Test case Import jobs are getting stopped, If any one of the users stops the Importing job

Parallel Test case Import jobs are getting stopped, If any one of a users stop the Importing job and throwing a massage.

When two users start a Test case importer at the same time, If any one stop the Importer Job, then both Jobs are getting stopped.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Create a new user in Jira
   
2. Log in to the both users
3. Open Test Case Importer
4. Choose a CSV and do the mappings on both the logins.
5. Click on Next
6. Begin Import
7. Stop the Import

Actual result/Attachments

Both the Import Jobs are getting stopped. Watch the screen recording for better understanding the issue.

Expected result

Only one Import Job should be stopped. Stopping the one Import Job should not affect on another job which is running in parallel.
