Document Generator is not working correctly when Jira Amazon S3 Storage is being used

Description

Document Generator is not working correctly when Jira Amazon S3 Storage is being used.

When this feature, introduced in in Jira 9.11 is installed, Document Generator is not able to access the necessary data to generate the reports.

Pre-conditions
Having Jira Amazon S3 installed.

How to reproduce

1. Open an Issue with XRay
2. Click on ‘Doc Generator’ button on top right of the page
3. Select any template
4. Click on Export button

Actual result/Attachments

Document Generator is getting stuck and not producing any Report.

Expected result

Document Generator should generate the report according to the template.
