As a user, I can see the Pre-Condition's attachments in the Test Run page

The execution page must display the attachments of all Pre-Condition issues.

After expanding a Pre-Condition, the Summary and the Condition are already displayed. Now it should also show the Pre-Condition's attachments.

This must be displayed in the same way as Test Step attachments are displayed, using a popup dialog with a link next to the Pre-Condition key.
