Test Repository Path field is not editable after clicking on Create button

Description: The Test Repository path field without selecting the folder path is not editable after clicking on the create button when the field is mandatory.

Pre-conditions: Make the Test Repository path field mandatory for the Create Screen.

How to reproduce

1. Click on the 'Create' button from the menu.
2. Select the Issue Type 'Test' 
3. Fill in the Summary and all the required fields except the Test Repository path field.
4. Click on the 'Create' button to create the issue.

Actual result/Attachments:

After clicking on the Create button without filling in the Test Repository Path field, the error "Test Repository Path is required." is triggering, and unable to edit the field to select the value.

Expected result:

The Test Repository Path field should be editable even after clicking on the Create button without filling the field.
